West Kanyon
West Kanyon Mall is the fourth and most recent development by dmp in the New Administrative Capital. Positioned in the vibrant Downtown area, the mall enjoys proximity to the Monorail Station, Government and Financial Districts, the Gold Market, Egypt Mosque, and Central Park. Designed by Hamed Mowafy and Archrete Consultancy, this G+13 project spans 2,375 m² and combines commercial, medical, and administrative units. The ground to third floors are allocated for retail, the fourth for clinics (with limited units available), and the fifth through thirteenth floors for offices.
